Delete Your Account and Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data from Pari Touch or Pari Pulse, part of the PariNest family of apps.

How to request deletion

  1. Email privacy@parinest.com from the email address or phone number registered to your account.
  2. Let us know which app you use — Pari Touch (the person checking in) or Pari Pulse (a family member/manager) — and include your registered phone number, so we can find your account.
  3. Put "Delete my account" in the subject line, so your request doesn't get missed.

We'll confirm we've received your request, and complete the deletion within 30 days. We currently handle deletion requests by hand — there's no in-app self-service deletion button yet — so we ask for these details up front to avoid back-and-forth.

What gets deleted

If you're the person checking in (Pari Touch): your account, phone number, check-in history, alert threshold setting, and any optional passive activity signal are permanently deleted. Family members you had added will stop receiving alerts about you, since there's no longer an account for them to monitor.

If you're a family member/manager (Pari Pulse): your account, phone number, and any saved push-notification token are permanently deleted, and you're removed as a manager from anyone you were monitoring. This does not delete the other person's own check-in account or data — if they have other family managers, monitoring continues for them unaffected.

If you're the only family member managing someone's check-ins and you request deletion, let us know in your email — we'll confirm with you separately before removing alerting for that person entirely, rather than silently leaving them unmonitored.

Retention

We don't keep a copy of deleted data beyond the 30-day window above. We don't currently have any legal or regulatory reason to retain check-in or contact data longer than that.

Note: a self-service, in-app deletion flow is not yet built — deletion is currently handled by direct request to the email above until this is added.
