Who uses this app, and what we collect
The person checking in (typically an elderly parent): phone number (for sign-in), check-in timestamps, your alert threshold setting, and — only if you turn it on — optional screen-unlock activity as a bonus signal. We never collect your location, call logs, or message content.
Family members receiving alerts: name, phone number, and relationship, added by whoever manages the account. This information can be added by the person managing the account without the family member's direct action in the app.
Family managers (using the web dashboard or family app): your own phone number, and a device push-notification token if you enable notifications.
How we use this information
Solely to let you sign in, detect missed check-ins, send alerts to configured family members, and display status to authorized managers. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share information with
- Google Firebase — authentication, database, and hosting (data stored in Mumbai, India)
- MSG91 — SMS delivery, receives only the phone number and message needed for each alert
