Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial — and you don't pick a tier upfront. We simply track how many seniors and family contacts you actually add during the trial, and your tier is set automatically based on real usage once the trial ends. If your usage grows partway through — say, you add a second senior — we'll let you know exactly what that means for your price before anything is ever charged.
