Terms of Service — Pari Touch & Pari Pulse
Last updated: October 21, 2026
These terms apply to Pari Touch, Pari Pulse (the family dashboard website at pulse.parinest.com) and the related subscription services (together, "the Service"), provided by PARINEST TECHNOLOGIES LLP ("PariNest", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. They apply to everyone who uses it: the person checking in, and the family manager who sets it up.
Operated by: PARINEST TECHNOLOGIES LLP

What the Service does
A daily check-in and notification service. The person using Pari Touch taps a button once a day to say they are doing fine. If no check-in is recorded within the time set for them, the Service tries to notify the family members on their alert list. The family manager can see check-in status on the Pari Pulse dashboard.
This is not an emergency or medical service
PariNest is a best-effort family check-in tool. It is not an emergency-response service, a medical-alert system, continuous monitoring, or a substitute for medical care, professional caregiving or emergency services.
- A check-in only shows that the button was tapped at that time. It does not mean the person is safe for the rest of the day.
- A missed check-in has many harmless causes (a flat battery, no signal, simply forgetting) and does not by itself mean there is an emergency.
- Alerts can be delayed, blocked or not delivered at all because of mobile networks, phone settings, third-party providers or other factors outside our control.
- Do not rely on the Service alone for someone's safety. Keep in regular direct contact, and if you think someone may be in danger, contact them directly or call local emergency services.
How alerts work
- People you add to an alert list are invited first, and receive alerts only after they agree. Until then, or if they decline or opt out, they receive nothing, so check their status on the Pari Pulse dashboard. Your own number receives alerts without an invitation.
- Alerts are sent by WhatsApp, and also by SMS to Indian (+91) numbers, to the people on the alert list who have agreed, once the configured time without a check-in has passed, and a more urgent alert if it continues for twice that time. Urgent alerts are sent at any hour; earlier alerts respect any earliest-time setting chosen for that person.
- Alerts go only to the number of people your plan includes, and only while your plan is active (see "When a plan ends" below).
- SMS alerts are sent only to Indian (+91) numbers. Family members outside India receive alerts on WhatsApp only, so they need WhatsApp on that number.
Having an alert configured does not guarantee it will be delivered or received.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, including correct, reachable phone numbers.
- Set up Pari Touch for another person only with their knowledge and agreement, or with the authority to act for them. Their check-in status will be visible to you.
- Add someone to an alert list only if they are happy to receive an invitation from us; whether they receive alerts is their decision. Remove them if they ask.
- Keep your phone and sign-in details secure.
- Keep your plan active if you want alerts to continue.
- Keep in direct contact, and use emergency services when needed.
Plans, trial and payment
Pari Pulse plans differ by how many people you can look after and how many people can be alerted in total, including you. The current plans and prices are shown on our website and on the plans page before you pay.
- Free trial: your first plan starts with a free trial; its length is shown before you subscribe. You set up a payment method at the start, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Only one free trial is available per account.
- Automatic renewal: after the trial, your plan is charged and then renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
- Paying from India: prices are in Indian rupees and billed monthly or yearly as you choose by PARINEST TECHNOLOGIES LLP through Razorpay, by UPI Autopay or card.
- Paying from outside India: our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all these orders. Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly or yearly as you choose; Paddle calculates and adds any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout, processes the payment and issues receipts. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to these purchases.
- Changing plan: new limits apply straight away. For Indian plans the new price applies from your next billing date. For plans paid through Paddle, the change is prorated: you are charged, or credited on your next bill, for the rest of the current period.
- Price changes: we will tell you in advance, and a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
- Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, the payment provider retries it. If the payment still cannot be collected, your plan ends.
PariNest does not store your card details. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time on pulse.parinest.com: Account tab → Cancel plan (or Cancel free trial). Plans and payments are handled only on the website.
- Cancelling during the free trial ends it straight away. You are not charged, and alerts stop immediately.
- Cancelling a paid plan stops the next renewal. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, then ends. The Account tab shows the end date.
- Cancelling does not by itself refund a payment. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
When a plan ends, alerts stop
Missed check-in alerts are part of your plan. When your plan ends (because you cancelled it, a payment could not be collected, or a payment was refunded), alerts for the people on your account stop until you choose a plan again.
When this happens, your Pari Pulse dashboard shows that alerts are paused. If you rely on these alerts, it is your responsibility to keep your plan active. The person checking in can keep using Pari Touch, and their check-ins remain visible to you.
Stopping use and deleting your account
- Cancelling a plan stops future payments and, once the plan ends, alerts. Your account and the people you look after stay in place.
- Deleting your Pari Pulse account (Account tab → Delete my account) cancels any active plan straight away, removes your sign-in and profile, and unlinks you from the people you looked after. Their alerts stop.
- The person checking in can ask us to delete their Pari Touch account by emailing contact@parinest.com.
Our account deletion page explains what is deleted and what is kept. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the Service.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any promise that it will be uninterrupted or that every check-in or alert will be recorded or delivered. To the extent permitted by law, PARINEST TECHNOLOGIES LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss, injury or harm arising from a missed, delayed or failed alert, from relying on the Service instead of direct contact, medical care or emergency services, or from inaccurate status information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or any rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will show the updated date above and tell you in the Service before material changes take effect. If you do not agree to the changes, you can cancel your plan and stop using the Service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live outside India, this does not take away any protection given to you by the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
